Terms of Use

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sarah Galler, who runs Reap What You Sow (reapwhatyousow.life) from New Hampshire, USA. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Please keep your sign-in details private and your email address current; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your records are yours

You own everything you enter. You give us permission to store, back up and process it only so we can run the app for you. You can download all of it at any time from Settings.

Plans and prices

The free plan lets you track up to 4 active birds, along with eggs, costs and tasks. Paid plans may be offered later. We will never charge you without telling you the price first and getting your clear agreement. If a feature you use moves to a paid plan, we will give you notice and you will always be able to download your records.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use the app for anything illegal, or to store information you have no right to keep;
• try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test the app's security without our written permission;
• overload, scrape, copy or interfere with the app or its systems;
• upload anything harmful, such as viruses.

Helpful numbers, not professional advice

Totals and calculations such as cost per egg are estimates based on what you enter. They are not veterinary, financial, tax or legal advice. Please check anything important with a qualified professional.

A growing app

Reap What You Sow is new and still growing. Features may change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We make nightly backups and work hard to keep your records safe, but the app is provided "as is" without guarantees, so we recommend downloading a copy of your data from time to time.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$25. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@reapwhatyousow.life. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk; when we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your records.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
